Dude, Breathe. The Book
Dude, Breathe is a book in progress. It’s written for the everyday guy. It consists of short, direct chapters that deal with the stuff men struggle with but rarely say out loud. Purpose. Connection. Anxiety. Mild addictions. Lacking joy. Feeling overstimulated and worn down by modern life.
This isn’t a memoir. It’s a collection of observations and tools drawn directly from years of working with stressed-out men. I decided to write it because I kept seeing the same patterns show up in my clients, week in and week out. Different lives, same struggles. It turns out we all tend to suffer in similar ways. Maybe we’re not uniquely fucked up?
It’s still taking shape. It’s being written slowly and steadily. When it’s finished, I hope you enjoy it.
